The Apartment

Mrs. Slocombe is moving but has a small problem--she can't get into her new house. Squatters have taken it over. Mr. Grace decides to let her stay in an apartment in Grace Brothers for a while. Well, she makes herself and Tiddles quite at home, and is ready to settle down for the evening...when she has unexpected guests. There's no mass transit running and one by one the rest of the staff come up to see if they could stay. The first is Mr. Humphries, who Mrs. Slocombe really doesn't mind being there and starts putting the moves on him; I don't think Mr. Humphries reciting "The Calendar of Love" improved matters for him much. Mr. Lucas, Miss Brahms and the others show up, each begging for a place to crash for the night. Mrs. Slocombe's disappointed, Mr. Goldberg's in the tub, everyone else is getting comfy and Mr. Humphries is VERY relieved.
