In a bit to increase sales, Mr. Grace decides to have the staff try a new technique: American informality. Of course, this is too much for these formal Brits to bear, but they try their best. After the staff learns each other's first names (though Mr. Lucas insists on being called Mr. Lucas), the staff's told to come in tomorrow in their most informal wear. The outfits that they come up with are frightening! They do their best to casually sell, but find that the customers are just as formal Brits as the staff used to be, and the customers aren't taking too well to the new and "improved" staff. So will they keep this American sales technique up for much longer? Or does Mr. Grace have a better idea in store for them?
