Default A Grace Brothers Carol

In celebration of Christmas, the Grace Brothers' Amateur Dramatic Society puts-on A Christmas Carol. Who do you see playing which parts? Of course, individual people could play more than one part.

I can see Mr. Lucas as Bob Cratchet and Mr. Humphries as Tiny Tim.

I definitely see both Young and Old Mr. Grace as Scrooge however i doubt they would give money to charity unless it was the home for fallen women or men

I could see Mrs Slocombe as the Ghost of Christmas present.
I think Mr Humphries would be in the role of Ghost of Christmas Past.. When everything was gay and happy......
Capt Peacock:The ghost of Christmas future.... The cloaked skeleton.
Young Mr Grace: Scrooge
Old Mr Grace: Jacob Marley..
Mr Lucas and Ms Brahms: as Bob Cratchet and wife.
Tiny Tim: The boy with the clock work mouse.
Rumbold, Mr Mash and Mr Harmon: as the charity guys: Irony.

I keep seeing Humphries as Tiny Tim throwing his crutches away at the end and doing a show-stopping dance.

Actually, maybe they could all join in and then we'd have the de rigueur musical bit.

I agree!

However, I have to chuckle when I think of Greg's suggestion of Mr. Grainger as Bob Cratchet and imagining him carrying Mr. Humphries (Tiny Tim) on his shoulder. Me thinks they wouldn't get very far.

I also think Grainger would make an excellent Scrooge, given his behaviour when he gets Rumbold's job.
