The picture looks real to me. Personally I find her incredibly hot in the one picture of her in the black dress.
On another note ... I didn't know Jen had breast cancer and suffered from depression.

That one you have up, of Dawn in that black dress, it's real. The ones where she's supposedly lost all that weight are rubbish. And I agree, she is smoking hot just as she is.

She does look very nice. She's always been a beautiful woman. -- I had to look it up on Google; 7 stone is 98 pounds, so she's lost 105 pounds. That's quite a weight loss!
