Then I cross-country skied through the mountains to Sweden, was held hostage by four farmer's daughters, was pressed into the Swede Navy by their father, and jumped ship off the coast of Scotland. After I knitted a new tweed suit straight from the wool off the back of a herd of highland sheep, I then thumbed my way to Millstone Manor, and just now arrived.

"Now, which room is mine?"

That is great.

I finished watching the whole series last night and it should have got a third series. I quite ejoyed this show. I am glad I bought it. The only problem is that I completed my AYBS? collection (Series 10 and Grace & Favour) one week after Wendy passed away.

I have to admit, Miss Lovelock looked great in her leathers in the episode where they went to court.

Also, the episode where they played cricket, I noticed that they kept the judge who fancied Miss Brahms.

OK, I have to ask, who is Sue??

I think the cricket episode might be my favorite of Grace and Favour

Miss Brahms: "Is he leaving us?"

Mr Humphries(very excited): "I hit it!" *Bounces up and down*

If the show kept going, what would they have done with Miss Littlewood's crush on Miss Brahms? I have to say, throughout this show, Wendy was still quite an attractive woman.

I doubt they would have done something with it. It was just a fun little thing

Oh, absolutley

I have actuallöy changed my mind about Mr Humphries and Mavis getting married. I wouldn't have wanted to see that. That would have put a label on what he is and not knowing what he reall is what makes it fun and it keeps you thinking about it

I rewatched the whole of the series yesterday and have come to this conclusion.
  • Series 2 is alot better than Series 1
  • Mr. Moleterd is the new Harman
  • Mavis never does sway Humphries
  • Miss Lovelock is bitch but a very acceptable one. She's very much like the Peacock character of the early AYBS? eppys and that is what was missing from the latter part of AYBS?

Well they did have a basis for 4 different love stories.
Mr. Humpries and Mavis
Mr. Moulterd and Mrs. Slocombe.
Capt Peacock and Jessica
Miss Littlewood and Miss Brahms.

Double entendre's of every kind!!

My opinion is that it wouldn't of worked out between Mr. Humpries and Mavis, (Besides I want Mavis!).
Mrs. Slocombe would have eventually at least tolerated Mr. Moulterd, or at least should have.
Jessica would have just teased Capt. Peacock, just to get his share of the estate.
Ms. Brahms would eventually break Ms. Littlewood's heart, and got herself a a local man eventually. Despite her age at the time, she was still kinda HOT!

but between when the show left off, and then, it would have been hilarious!
