Greg responded to the 2 previous posts the exact same way I would have, so I second Greg's responses.

Do to the Coke prices I have opted to shut down my furnace for awhile, to conserve the Natural Resources of the world.
Not that I have much choice since my furnace is down and can't get anyone over to fix it.

Have you considered chopping up your home for firewood?

While at a hockey game tonight, I bought a cup of cappucino to warm me up. Not wanting to spill it, I put a lid on it and stuck a straw through the hole. Drawing on the straw, no coffee came through. When I pulled the straw out, I discovered the heat of the coffee had melted it.

I felt just like Mr. Grainger, trying to drink his hot soup.

When I was young the straws were made from Paper. They would not work with hot liquids.
Mr Grainger got more out of his straws than I did with my attempt with tomato Soup.

Very nice

If it had the wrong part in it as you were told why would it have ever worked?

From what the first guy said I don't know. This guy said it was bad. The flame wasn't getting to the igniter before the flame went out.

Yes, many of us have that trouble as we get older.

Of course the flame wasn't getting to the igniter because it wouldn't even have been flame by then, it would have been gas at that point.

I am not looking forward to that. I see it clearly in my rear view mirror.

I can't argue, Your logic is flawless. I don't know the terminology I'll go with Coldtaps response.

OK, so at today's staff meeting the supervisor was blabbing on about how we need to address others by their first name and that we should address them by name at least 3 times each time we meet. Ha ha ha all that kept running through my head the whole time he was blabbing on was Captain Peacock saying, "And I like you Cuthbert!"

Oh well, at least it was AYBS and not a Dilbert cartoon at work today.

You should have said to your supervisor: "Got it, Jug Ears!"
