Default How to copy quotes

Sorry if I seem a bit thick, I don't seem to be copying and pasting quotes correctly, I know it is something really simple but just can't seem to do it, was wondering if someone could advise me? Thanks.

Dear John,

Click on this ........
.....

Right next to by the yellow box above and it pops out this ...... .

It will open when you hit the ... post reply button. {look up}.

Put your cursor over what you want to copy and drag out the whole area.

It usually turns a different colot.

Right click on "COPY' ...... and center it between the ... quote marks and ..... right click ... PASTE.

And it should down load in between the quote boxes.
