Default It's that time of the year again...

1. Daylight Saving Time ends in the US tomorrow (Sunday) at 2:00am. Be sure to set your clocks 1 hour back before you go to sleep unless you're Sonosun.

For the specifics on who comes and goes when, go here: http://www.webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/

2. Do your semi-annual check of your account to ensure that the e-mail address is current.

3. Check those smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change their batteries. This step could save your life, so if you do anything on this list, this better be it!!!

Funny, but Lady Sonosun has an Atomic Clock. The kind that set themselves. I woke up and looked at her clock this morning and it said 9:06 . Dang I got up right away. Usually I wake up around Nine O'Clock. I went in the kitchen for some coffee and the clock on the microwave read 10:10. The wonderful Atomic clock set itself back an hour and I slept an extra hour.

Why can't they get rid of daylight savings time? I love getting the extra daylight so just leave the time as it is now. I hate changing back and forth. I just get use to one and then it's time to change again.

Only the Indians on the Hopi and Navajo Reservations practice Daylight Savings Time in Arizona. It's Spring forward and Fall back. My phone set itself to the wrong time and then later if corrected itself.

I agree. I leave the house for work everyday in the dark. Just when it starts to get a little light out for my journey it gets taken away from me. The reasons for it don't exsist anymore.

Eff you Ben Franklin !!!

When Greg gets home he has more time before turning on his Halogen Lamps. Saving Greg money. If he would move further South it would get dark later.

Greg uses no more light now than what he did 2 weeks ago. There is no savings there and honestly I'll deal with DST before I move south.

I'm a Yank from birth and will be a Yank till the day I die. Besides it gets too damned hot down that way.

I understand Greg, I'm a Yank too, born and bred in Indiana. Still now I have to fit in with the Southerners, but they know immediately by my accent that I am not one of them.

Yankees are from New England. None of those civil war terms really mean anything anyway.
