The hospital I work at in Indiana has just adopted the same policy. Seeing nurses with cleavage doesn't bother me. It's the 15 year old girls in my son's class that makes me nervous.

I'm kind of amazed that these policies weren't already in place. :? Seems like common sense to me. I've never seen a nurse wearing improper attire at work before in my life. Although, I don't usually pay much attention to cleavage. :D

When my ex had peumonia in 1976 she was sent to the local UniversityHospital. I really didn't notice at first, but after a while it seemed that all of the female nursing staff had gapitis.Their tops were open a bit in the front. In those days it was common for women to eschew bras.

The new guidelines adhere to Sex Discrimination Act 1999, Race Relations Act 1976, Human Rights Act 1999 and Employment Equality Regulations 2003.

Wonder if they had a few YMGs collapse from the stress upon seeing a few inches of cleavage.

If someone is giving me a sponge bath, I would hope they have ample cleavage ... and no chin hairs.

If a 24 year old male nurse, built like a brick chicken house, was giving Greg a sponge bath he would complain about a few chin hairs?

Now that's a different story. As long as the chin hairs are on a chin they are supposed to be chinned on. You know I'll protest about having a male nurse giving me a sponge bath. I'll give him at least 1-2 hours to stop it.

Hospital fees are easier to face when looking at boobies.

If I were in a hospital, getting an eyeful of cleavage or stocking top every now and again, would just give me that much more incentive to get better! ;)

I've always noticed that shots hurt less when they are given by an attractive nurse. Heck, the last time I had a flu shot it was given to me by a nursing student, and I practically wanted to ask him for another one.
