I love Mr. Humphries! He's someone you can enjoy spending time with and he's also very sweet and funny.

I agree! He's my favorite character and John Inman is my favorite cast member. Did you like him in Are You Being Served Again?
Are you a big John Inman fan or just Mr. H?

He seems like the coolest on of the staff to hang with. He doesn't seem to have a boring lifestyle.

I never seen Are You Being Served? Again. :(
I have to say that Mr. Humphries is my favorite out of the men on the show.
I'm only a big fan of Miss. Brahms and the actress who's playing her, Wendy Richard. :)

Dear LMSB.
I like the character of Wilberforce and I like John as an actor.
The part of Mr. H. brought a lot of very good things to the show...
I'm glad that they kept the {POOF} in there.
And if you look at my name here ...You will see my favorite.
Lucas :D

Mr.Humphries/John Inman is one magic guy. He made the show incredible and he looks like such a nice guy in real life. Altogether an excellent person!

I love Mr Humphries fool stop. He was just one that I wanted to pick up and cuddle all the way home- of course I'll get my brother to kidnap him first- that way he'll come willingly.
I loved the friendship between Mr Lucas and Mr Humphries it seemed so real.
The first time I watched the show I remember asking mum: Is He gay in real life?
That's how much a good actor John Inman is.

No one's too sure about John's sexuality off screen. Not that it matters of course.

I did a wallie of TVOD where that scene comes into play.
Vicar - "You think Hugo is John Inman ??"
I can't remember if I have it up on the site now or have yet to put it up.

That's probably my favorite thing about the show. What makes their relationship so believable is that they seem to be the only two people on the staff who realize just how ridiculous and anachronistic everything about the store is. They're at their best during the episodes where 1) everyone else is taking some decision by management with deadly seriousness and 2) Humphries & Lucas see the hilarity in it, and take turns making wisecracks about it.

I agree Pussyboots. The way that Lucas and Humphries got on you could tell wasn't only on the screen. I bet they were all good friends off the screen as well. A rarity in todays markets.
