Has anyone ever sent fan mail to the cast? Did you get a responce?

I judt sent Joanne Heywood a Christmas card. Hope you have a Merry Christmas too!!!!! :wave:

I sent a letter to John Inman two weeks before he passed away. I got the response two days after I heard the news. It was apperently one of the last he read before he died, said his assistant.

I'm glad John Inman was still getting and reading fan mail at the end. He still has a lot of fans that miss him.

I wrote John Inman a while back...sent some amusing little comic-doodles i'd drawn along with the letter. In response I got a nice note and a signed photo that currently hangs on my wall between Craig Parker (Haldir in LotR) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter movies).
...yeah, I kinda collect autographs when I happen to run into celebrities at cons. I'd like to get more AYBS? autographs to add to the wall but i'm not sure where to send fanmail (and i'm too lazy to go hunting for the info).

got wendy richards autograph back from writing to her via eastenders. she was also in on the buses so i asked her a few questions about the show abd got a very nice reply :)
