Hi everyone,

I'm new to the board and have been having a wonderful time looking around and reading up on all your implacable knowledge and opinions of our beloved AYBS! I was looking through the bloopers thread (still haven't gotten through it all, so please forgive me!) - and was thinking about my favourite "bloopers" of all: when the actors "corpse" (laugh when they really shouldn't)! I know a few of these are in the bloopers thread already, but I though it might be fun to have a more complete list of all the little smirks and chuckles we've noticed slip out at Grace Brothers.

Here's a very short list of some of my favourites:

(*= corpse alert!)

Punch and Judy Affair
Mr. H.: Mrs. Slocombe, why are you wearing a funny nose?
Mrs. S.: Because I'm a funny policeman.
*Mr. H.: You are not a funny policeman. You're making a mockery of the whole thing!

Takeover
in Mr. Rumbold's office
Mr. R.: Well, there's the Stableforth family. Lady Stableforth is described as fortyish, stoutish, not very tallish, played hockey for Roedean.
Mrs. S.: Well, I've done hockey...
(very few laughs from the audience)
*As the scene continues Mollie smirks and rolls her eyes to her right, which gets a larger, but unintended audience laugh...Priceless!

*Mr. Lucas's guffaw at Mr. Grainger's entrance - "Your NAME sir?" (This one is a classic and frequently mentioned, but it's still a favourite of mine and worth mentioning again!)

Grace and Favour - Se02 Ep03 "I'm Happy"
This probably belongs in the G&F board, but here it is anyway:

Miss Brahams is reading about the cricket match from the paper. Mrs. Slocombe is looking at the picture of their cricket team.
Mrs. S.: Is that Mr. Rumbold without his glasses?
Miss B.: No! That's the winning turnip in the vegetable and flower show.
*Mrs. S: No, I mean that one. (Very cute giggle! Judge for yourself if it is indeed a corpse)

Please share others you've noticed!

Since this was more or less covered in "Bloopers", I'm going to mesh this in with the Bloopers thread.
