A couple of well placed bullet holes will do it! have you checked?

You may need to try a different speed like Delicate or Heavy and see if that works. In any case it's time to ether call the repairman or let FD have his way with it. :lol:

Either it has a "soak" feature you don't know about or the belt has bitten the dust.

my hubby did replace the belt.. no luck.. and I've tried the other two cycles like sonosun suggested, no luck.. guess it's time to take it out back.. LOL and go SHOPPING!!!!!!!!! WooHoo!!

Be sure to get one with half revs on the spin cycle.

Be sure to get one with half revs on the spin cycle.
Do you think you might consider a front loading washing machine? they don't have an agitator and use less water.

Frank, I have considered it.. the ones I've looked at are above what we can afford for now.. so I'll have to see where our budget is.. (because I've lost it.. :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol: )

Let's see according to the PM (M Thatcher) it was 2 bucket of canal water to 1 packet of bold.....I wonder if that is a metric bucket?

thought I would fill you all in.. friends of my parents "heard".. hmmmm.. wonder how.. anyway, they heard that our washing machine "gave up the ghost" and they GAVE us a practically new one!!!! so no more washing machine woes.. LOL
