That was fantastic, JIF. Thanks for sharing that. It was wonderful to see them like that. And the story about Mr. Grainger had Trevor in tears of laughter. This made my evening. Thanks again..

The episode featuring Trevor was in January 1998. The woman sitting next to him is most likely his wife, Pamela. I found a picture online for the Ham Polo Club where his wife is a member, and Trevor and Pam were at a cocktail party at the club. I can TRY to find the photo again, although it seems to be quite difficult. The picture was from 1994, and Pam looked to be as tall as Trevor is!

But back to the topic of "This Is Your Life". I loved finally seeing some moments of this episode, I wish the guy that uploaded this would upload the rest of it. I contacted him and asked him, but he will only send me the video if I pay him the money for it. I don't think I'm going to do that though.

ETA: I found the Ham Polo Club photo. http://www.hampoloclub.com//index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=20&Itemid=83&limit=4&limitstart=4 I hope this is the correct link. If it is, scroll halfway down to Hampton Polo Club Cocktail Party. The picture can be made bigger.

I noticed in the clip that John Inman said he couldn't drive.

Was that a commonly known fact??

I believe he said he didn't drive. Not quite the same as couldn't as in being incapable. :)

*IF* that one show from "Odd Man Out" where he learns to drive is a true reflection of his driving skills maybe it was better that he didn't drive. :|

However, I think being in Europe there's really no need for cars like in the USA since everything is pretty accessible by bus, train taxi, or subway. I guess NYC would qulify for that too, but there are a lot of cars there!

Awww, what a cute clip. I think he got tears in his eyes, actually. He and Mollie was really cute to eachother.
