What was your favorite or favorites when it comes to Grace Brothers Floor Displays ???

The one thing about the CDU, not the display, the Acronym.
Almost everyone asked what it meant, and anyone knowing the answer
would then announce it in an all knowing way, as if to say, "everybody knows what CDU stands for...why don't you?"!! I always thought that was a good bit of repetitive humor.

I like the Hat display, "I like it, I like it, I like it"... Of course part of why they
were so entertaining was how they were introduced....like Harman's "
Here we have a bit of simulated earth, Hi. He., MUD!" when he brought in the rain boots display.


And just for Dazzlestar :lol: Do the dancing Robots count as display units? Its my guess she likes them, cause she likes the dancing routines and this was the ballroom dancing epi.

Actually Frank, I completely forgot about those ones, thanks for reminding me! I love the robots, they always amaze me and you're right they are a part of the dancing episode. They also bring a lot of jokes to the show which makes them my faves.

display bust dummy modestly attired by using the scarf with the red puff ball on the ends by cello-taping it to the bust is one of my favorites....I believe it is in a Bliss Girl. When he had to fill in on the Women's counter.

A great bit of action/acting!!!

I love those as well (the ones Mrs. Slocombe altered with the scissors of course, they are my fav and I still want that unit :lol:). Apart from that one I like the CDU from Father Christmas affair, its really lurid, but i bust a gut laughing at Humphries reaction to it everytime. and as an honorable mention the ymg robot whose head popped off when he tried to tip his hat was also very funny, and the dancing robots deserve mention if only for the fact they actually got them to work :lol:

i think i agree with the majority. pussy boots, the santa, then i like it i like it.. althou i give mention to the dummy in fire practice which wasn't a display unit, but i LMAO when captain peacock gave mouth to mouth,.. "harder, harder, harder.................."

I like the display unit in Christmas Crackers that kicks Capt. Peacock in the nether regions while the "Nutcracker" plays and the display in A Bliss Girl where the top pops off and Mr. H has to find ways to clothe it again. :)
