How I Think Mr. Rumbold's Brother Got His Name

Mycroft Rumbold came up in the another thread yesterday. So I am going to bring him up on the board again with his own thread. :D I think the name "Mycroft" came about this way. A simple "love child" of the writers!

OK, how about this? Mycroft is Sherlock Holmes' brother's name. Annnnnd Nicolas played a servant to his Smarter Brother in the Film the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother. Apparently, Sherlock is the dumb one. Who knew?
