I was watching "Shedding the Load" the other night and I love when Miss Brahms was saying "They did an artist's impression of what an alien would look like. Great horrible pink thing, it was. With a bald head, boogly eyes and stickeyed-out ears" and then Rumbold walks right in. Are there other episodes, besides "German Week" where this happens? I think it's quite funny.

there's Big Brother when Rumbold was watching the screens, and Humphries says "you never know when old jug-ears is watching"
and a later episode where Rumbold leaves the doors open and the fog gets in. Harmon said something like "rumour has it the culprit is a bald man with one or two outstanding features" straight to Rumbold's face

I can't think of any off the top of my head at the moment, but I'm sure there are others.
I love the Grainger impression of Rumbold in one of the Christmas shows

I recall someone--Harman...or maybe it was Spooner... holding up a couple saucers to the side of his head to indicate Rumbold's unique noggin.

Harman did it in the canteen in "A Personal Problem".

In one of the Christmas Episodes, in the canteen when Mr. Grace mistakes Grainger
for Rumbold.
Peacock says Grainger looks like Rumbold then Rumbold disagrees, then
Mr. Grace mistakes Grainger for Rumbold.
That's a timing thing as well (on cue)...more for Mr. Grace than Rumbold though.
Which I thought was the point of this thread....timing, not just making fun of rumbold.
Here's another one....
In one episode, Miss Brahms says to Mrs. Slocombe, "Lookout , here comes Mr. Rumbold and he's looking very Ugly"...to which Mrs. Slocombe says, "well look at the head start he's got.",
then immediately we see Rumbold heading her way... At least that's how I remember it.

Not sure if it counts, but during The Old Order Changes, Miss Brahms says something about, "I was going to, but old Jug Ears didn't give me a chance." To which Rumbold replies, "Old Jug Ears. I like that."

Monkey Business - Rumbold tells Ms.Belfridge to take down the description of the Paraguayan monkey. "Long arms, bald head and big ears. That sounds hideous. Have you got that Ms. Belfridge?"
She says, "I think I can remember it."

I love it in the German week episode (Series 3 Ep 6) after Mr Lucas and Mr Humphries have broken the two german mugs Lucas holds them up to his ears and says "Guess who!?"
