Got it yesterday at Wal-Mart. There was no problem getting a copy: there were stacks of them just sitting there and no queue. I'll probably start it tomorrow once I finish my paper for class.

It was decided she could use a lot of new clothes instead...

I was standing in line in the bookstore at midnight so as to purchase it the minute it went on sale. Mom'd preordered it, so we got ours real fast.

I had it read in less than 24 hours.

And without spoiling it for anyone....i think it's the best book yet. Things really happen, and the end is incredible. When you finish it leaves a feeling of "must-read-next-book" that makes the years 'till the final installment absolute torture.

That's how good it is.

Can you imagine when the 7th book comes out - THAT WILL BE IT!!!!! A strange thought when there will be no new Harry book to look forward to!

I can understand why she's going to end it after 7. I think it's better to know when to end the tale and so end it on top form, than to just keep dragging it out to the point that all of us including her gets sick of him.

I wonder if she's going to kill Harry off....I hope not. I'd like to think that he's going to get a Happily Ever After after everything he went through :)

I quite like dramatic endings so it would be cool if there was a huge battle and everybody died! But it's unlikely, no doubt it will end with one big group hug!

I hope it doesn't end as a tragedy, however they are always surprises, so you just never know.
