A couple of features for your enjoyment:

* You can now track your favorite topics without having those pesky e-mail notices sent to you.

At the very bottom of the thread on the right, you will see "Add to Favorites". Click on this link and the thread will be added to your Favorites list.

If you look up top under the Board Title, you'll see just above Log Out [username] a new link: Favorites (http://www.minki.net/aybsforum/favorites.php). That's where you can access your Favorites list. Try it out!

* You can now see exactly how many new posts have been made since your last visit. On the top of the main page on the right, you'll see View Posts Since Your Last Visit (http://www.minki.net/aybsforum/search.php?search_id=newposts) and the number of posts that are new. Click on that, and you'll pull up a list of threads with new responses.

* You can also keep tabs on the threads you have started. On the top of the main page on the right, you'll see Show Own Topics (http://www.minki.net/aybsforum/search.php?search_id=startedtopics). Click on that and you'll see a list of every thread that you started.

* Last...not really a feature you can use, but if you look at the Who Is Online box, you'll see a new number next to Registered Members: people who have acutally posted. My goal: to get that number as high as possible :D

Any questions/bugs/problems with the new hacks, please let me know.

The ability to see what threads have been updated since your last visit
is wonderful.....how did I ever get by without it!!!!! It also forces me to login
which usually didn't do until I wanted to update something.....is that an
unintended feature?

JH wrote me about the same thing. He has to log in everytime he pops on yet he said he checked the "Automatically Log Me In" box. He was wondering if it was because he only makes it on once a week ???

Actually, I tried this with Mozilla FireFox(derived from the old Netscape) and got it to work as well!!!
took a few tries.

I'm telling ya, between using the "posts since last visit" and sonosun's
help with auto-logon...my time to update posts has dropped and my fun
factor has gone way up...how did I ever live w/o them....

If you aren't using them, you ought to give em both a try. together preferrably.

muchas gracias, Minki!!!!!
