Just a question to see...will anyone be following the championships wimbledon? Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in chit chat..as it seems a little of both

I will probably watch some, but it is on for over four hours a day, so a might get a bit sick of it after a while...:|

I've watched Wimbledon every year for the past 30 or more years. The only thing I hate about it is that American sportscasters (etc.) usually pronounce it "Wimble-tin" or "Wimble-ton". That's about as bad as "West-minister Abbey. :|

woohoo..cool to see I am not the only tennis fan around here :lol: me and some friends actually have a running thing on who we think will win the womens title (the men are kind of predictable).

Not really a big tennis fan. My sport is cycling so I'll be watching the drug addicts pumping their bikes up the Alps and the Pyrenes next month in the Tour de France. 8-P
