Trek Bits (http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/trekbits/) has been boldly going where no Trek site has gone before since 2000, with episode reviews, lots of screen captures, sound clips, downloads, and more. And, if you ask nicely and promise not to make fun, I'll even send you the secret URL of my awful fanfic.

Miss Jackson, I clicked on the link and it took me to a "Mac Tiger" ad.....

Huh? It's working for me. Are you sure you don't have some sort of adware or something on your PC? Try http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/trekbits.html or http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/trekbits/index.html. Or, even better, try a browser other than IE (Firefox is supposed to be the best thing since Coca-Cola, at least on PCs--the download URL is http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.0.4&os=win&lang=en-US.) I really hope you can get to it somehow.:cry:

The first link that you had up top took me to the same ad thingy but the second link took me to the Star Trek page.....http://lordgreg.minki.net/thumbup.gif

You mean http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/trekbits/index.html was the link that worked? I'll have to ask about ads appearing instead of the web page--I've never heard of that with .Mac (which is an Apple service that costs me $99/year and that used to be free :x ).

I clicked on the original link and was transported directly to Miss Jackson's Star Trek page
Nice site I might add.

Thank you. :)
Greg, did you happen to leave off the trailing slash when you put in the URL (i.e., http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/trekbits )? That can cause an error sometimes with .Mac sites.

No... I didn't. That's probably where I went wrong..... :(

No, I meant the absence of the trailing slash might cause an error. Maybe IE is "swallowing" trailing slashes. :?

Miss Jackson, thank you for the site! The first link you had worked for me too. I don't know a whole lot of trivia about Star Trek, but The Trouble With Tribbles was a fav. eppy. Nice to have a Trekkie site. I'm so sick of hearing about Star Wars. Overrated if you ask me!

Cool site! I'm not a mega huge TOS fan (was as a kid though) but when I'm feeling retro or nostalgic i love going to places like your site! LOL about you not liking TNG so much but that's okay! I agree with most of the points you made about it though (back in 2004)!! I always wondered why Picard had a British accent aswell. There's so much more you could of added...like why all the alien races shop at the same material store??!!! All their clothes are clearly made and designed by the same people using the same fabrics!

You were reading my old blog, which I can no longer update because crucial support files were lost in a hard-drive catastrophe (thanks for nothing, iBlog :x ). The new blog is at http://homepage.mac.com/m5comp/blog/ , although there's only one Trek-related entry.

I am a latent trekker and really enjoy TNG the most, but out of all sci-fi shows I have to say Babylon 5 is my fav.
