In my teens I was a constant visitor to the Library. I went up "The Library Steps" two or three times a week for years, and still remember it with gratitude and affection.
I hope it will continue for many years to be of as much delight and influence to coming generations of young people as it was to me.

Mollie very much reminds me of my grandmother. And Arthur Brough is my great-grandad (my grandmother's dad) to a "tee".
